Shipping, Returns & Claims

Shipping Policy

Supplemental Savings makes every effort to provide same day shipping for any order placed Monday through Friday before 2:00PM CST on the same day.  Should that not be possible, your order will ship the very next business day.  Should your order shipment be delayed for any reason, you will be contacted within 24 hours.

Free shipping is provided via USPS First Class Mail and is available for anyone in the continental United States.  Priority Mail shipping is available to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands for $5.00.  This charge is waived on any orders over $100.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Depending on the carrier, the tracking number may take up to 24 hours to begin tracking.

Return & Exchange Policy

Supplemental Savings wants you to be completely satisfied with your order and therefore offers a 30 day return period from the original date of receipt.  Product MUST BE RETURNED in NEW and UNUSED CONDITION.  Credit will be issued to the original form of payment within five to seven business days, less a deduction for the original outbound shipping.

 

Due to the nature of our personal use products and laws/regulations regarding dietary health supplements, opened product MAY NOT BE RETURNED.  Should opened product be returned, no credit/refund will be issued.  Product will be discarded or may be returned to you for a small shipping charge.

If there is a product you have not previously used, it is highly recommended that you purchase a smaller size until you are certain you like the item.

Damage Claims

 

If you received your order damaged, please contact our team within 24 hours and share a picture/video of the damaged goods.  We will ship you a free replacement.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as it may be necessary for us to document the claim.
